C4 and C5 inner cylinders of preheaters manufactured by our company (with diameter Φ***0mm and height H=***5mm) are combined hanger plate type heat-resistant steel inner cylinders; each inner cylinder hanger plate is equipped with slots for upper and lower ring hangers; the inner cylinder is divided into 7 sections along it height and divided into *7 pieces along its circumference. From the hanger plate base, they are closely arranged along the circumference from top to bottom to form kiln tail preheater inner cylinder. Also, they can be disassembled, replaced and installed from the manhole. Thus, it features flexible and easy replacement operation, long service life of inner cylinder (service life for inner cylinders varies with process operation level, composition and sources of raw materials and fuels; service life of C4 inner cylinder is generally 2~3 years; service life of C5 inner cylinder is generally 1~2 years), reduced inner cylinder wear and maintenance fees
